Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by Paradise Patterns are digital files (PDF sewing patterns) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Damages and issues

If you experience a problem with your file — such as a corrupted download, missing pages — please contact us immediately at sanna@paradisepatterns.com so we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to and download of the digital file(s) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once you receive the download email, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. As such, digital pattern purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded.
